Job 1 - change the air filter

I thought I'd start with an easy one to warm myself up.

First, here's the lovely engine bay of my new car:

The air filter assembly is on the right.

Here's the new filter:

First job is to disconnect the hose to the engine:

Then Remove the screws holding the air flow meter in place:

Then remove the airflow meter to reveal the yucky old filter:

Here's a comparison of the two filters:

And here's the new filter in place:

Then it's just a case of putting it all back together again. Job done!
